Highland Inspection Services is your go to for that primary, first level inspection where a quick response is required. From a background infused with safety we can make quick decisions as to the best way to get to the subject matter. Using adapted tripods we are able to move the drone inside buildings and without flying can capture both high resolution visual and infra red images quickly and safely. Outside structures we can view from all angles again both in the visual and IR spectrums.

We are able to identify weather damage, wear and tear, pre-empt potential problems, identify heat loss, faulty solar panels, potential water ingress, damage from rodents, sea gulls, nesting birds, construction faults and therefore deliver potential money savings. This is all undertaken without technicians or tradesmen having to climb ladders, pitched roofs or older structures that may give way.

For the land use sectors we are able to provide real time imaging, felling contract progress, repeat inspections of planning and regeneration schemes, boundary inspections as well as construction phase footage of a breadth of projects, including but not limited to floodplain works, archaeology, wind farm construction, critical infrastructure, cabling, industrial projects and processes.

In addition to drone inspections we also undertake scheduled Asset Management visual inspections including for example this EV charger installation in a remote area.
